Chrysalis is an intimate, transformational coaching journey for self- and feminine healing. Rooted in somatics, nervous system work, cyclical living and mindfulness this coaching container allows for holistic healing through a body based approach. A place to reconnect women with their power, pleasure and purpose.
This journey is a space for all of you to be witnessed and held, tenderly and entirely. A place where you can allow yourself to be in a transitional state, as you slowly emerge into the beautiful woman you are every day becoming. Throughout this journey, I will be your loving space holder and guide, tailoring this unique experience to what you are needing most, sweet love.

Welcome, Sweet Love. My name is Caro, founder and facilitator of this feminine healing space. A safe place for women to rise, and deepen their relationship with their womb, cycle, pleasure and self. Through cycle healing, bodywork, 1:1 coaching, group programs and women circles I help to create a safe space for the wildest parts of you to bloom.
